Estimated cost range is more than $10,000,000. Solicitation will be issued on 12 Aug 96 with a date for receipt of proposals on 12 Sept 96. The proposed contract listed is an 8(a) set-aside and limited to qualifying 8(a) firms in the following districts: Baltimore, Clarksburg, King of Prussia, Pittsburgh, Richmond and Washington.
