It is the declared intention and meaning of this solicitation to provide road repairs including repairing holes, upheavals, badly cracked or deteriorated pavement, placing bituminous concrete pavement of various thickness, mix and overlays to various areas, adjusting the elevations of inlet frames and manhole frames, repairing bituminous concrete pavement of roadways, excavating ditches, marking pavements and incidental related work at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Cutler, Maine.
