Site demolition will include, but not be limited to, concrete and asphalt removal and disposal, earth excavation and hauling, metal building demolition and disposal and below ground pipe removal. New construction shall include, but not be limited to, new concrete wash pads with new pipe drainage, several new one-story concrete block materials storage buildings with standing seam metal roofing, new canopy over existing fuel island, two large column supported roof structures at separate locations, installation of new below grade drainage piping, and the construction of below grade concrete oil/water separator.--Following tentative dates apply: Issue invitations 8/96, open bids 9/96, complete contract 6/97.--Estimated cost is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00.
