Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to accomplish the following work at McChord AFB, Washington: 1) Demolition of some exterior roofing and interior finishes; 2) Construction of new roofing, acoustical ceiling tiles, insulation, painting, floor coating, wainscot, and incidental related work; and 3) Remove and replace all parking lot and install storm drainage. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation is expected to issue on or about 14 August 1996 with a bid opening date projected to be 13 September 1996. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1541 with an average gross revenue of $17 million for the last three fiscal years.
