This proposed contract actions is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition; however, it is restricted to approved sources Engineered Fabrics Corp.,Rockmart, GA, American Fuel Cell and Coated Fabrics, Mannstia,AR and Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc.,Fort Worth, TX. The time required for approval of new supplies is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
