This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is unrestricted. This notice is issued as an Request For Proposal (RFQ), Number 671-77-96,and will be awarded as a purchase order using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 90-38. SIC code is 3537 and the SBA standard is 750 employees. Solicitation is for the following 2 items: one (1) each, 1 yd loader, 2 wheel Model 570LXL, as manufactured by Case, 700 State St., Racine, WI 53404, with heat and AC enclosed cab, deluxe suspension cloth seat. 82'' long lip bucket, bolt on edge lifting eyes with 3,000 rear mount counter weight, 4 cylinder engine, SAE hp, diesel. Must have the capabilities of operating 250 hrs before oil change. Have single stage torque converter, 4 forward/reserve fully synchronized transmission with hydraulic power reversing. Self adjusting breaks must have the capability to be operated independently or locked together for simultaneous operating. Afoot operated, on-the-go engagement differential lock is required.
