The U.S. Information Agency has a requirement, under the Simplified
Acquisition Procedures, for a standard off-the-shelf 300 ton air
conditioning chiller at its Regional Service Center (RSC) in Manila,
Philippiness. The Contractor shall be responsible for delivery,
installation and testing and shall have in-country representation for
installation and service. The voltage requirements are 230V, 3 Phase
AC, 60 Cycle. The unit must fit into a space approximately 8 feet high
by 4-6 feet long. The unit must be readily adaptable to the present
system now operating, without changes to the current, electrical
feeders, switchgear, etc. as the present chilling towers, air handling
unit and duct system will be used. The Contractor shall prepare and
ship the unit for overseas delivery through USIA, M/ASN, 201 Dikeman
Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231. The shipment container shall be marked for
delivery to: U.S. Embassy, Regional Service Center, Roxas Blvd., Pasay
City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The required delivery date including
installation is 90 calendar days after the date of contract. Qualified
