54 -- FURNISH TWENTY-EIGHT (28) COMMERCIAL ADVANCE SLEEPER MODULES Sol F02601-96-R0013, Due 090996, contact SSgt Bret Zieman, Contract Spec., (520) 228-4129 or J.L. The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate a non-competitive, sole source contract with Exploration Products for the following: Twenty-eight (28) each Commercial Advance Sleeper Modules, which each unit consists of; one (1) 16' x 32' high tension fabric structure, cubicle partitions, ductwork openings, ductwork, steel knock down floor with plywood sheeting, hard doors, wind kit, electrical package, eight (8) each universal bunks, mattress', lockers and folding chairs. These units will supplement the three 50-person Counterdrug Housekeeping Camps, previously purchased under contract F08626-95-C0364, by Eglin AFB, Florida. Proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This procurement is authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation document exists. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received within twenty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government to complete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
