The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission intends to award on an non competitive basis to Client/Server Connection, Ltd., 103 S.Bedford Road, Suite 202, Mt. Kisco, New York, NY 10549 a purchase order for the acquisition of the CS/10,000 software system which is a design, planning and management tool that will be used on medium to large scale projects. No solicitation package exists. All interested concerns must identify their interest and fully document their capability to meet the Agency's requirement by forwarding a detailed technical response with pricing information within 30 calendar days of this notice. All request must be in writing to Attn: Theresa Humphries, Purchasing Agent and reference EADP96-0261. No telephone responses will be considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the Vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of this solicitation. If no affirmative written response are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis to the affect that comparable source is available, or is more advantageous to the Government than the Government will award a Purchase Order to Client/Server Connection Ltd. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. (0213)
