NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) intends to issue RFQ-80428, on a sole source basis to Research Triangle Institute, Center for Technology Applications, 3040 Cornwallace Road, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709-2194 to provide technical support to evaluate material for outreach uses for the GSFC Office of Commercial Programs. The required level of effort to review, write, coordinate technical briefs and technical support for the commercial programs office is as follows: 1) Provide monthly review and evaluation of candidate GSFC tech briefs and support packages. 2) Draft GSFC Tech Briefs and technical support packages that represent defined core competency areas within the GSFC. 3) Coordinate and provide final GSFC tech briefs and technical support packages with appropriate technical personnel. 4) Provide end of month status reports. 5) Period of performance is for 1 year.
