This modification provides additional information to the Pre-solicitation Notice published on 16 May, 1996 and modified on 20 May, 1996 for the Command and Control Product Lines (CCPL) acquisition. The Government intends to issue the Request for Proposal (RFP) and to receive proposals by electronic media. The RFP shall be released via the Hanscom AFB Electronic Request for Proposal Bulletin Board (HERBB). The RFP will also be available through the Electronic Systems Center's World Wide Web Homepage at http:\\www.hanscom.af.mil\. The version available through HERBB will be the official version. A hard copy of the RFP will also be available at the Request For Proposal Reference Library in the Phillips Laboratory Library, Hanscom AFB.
