B -- STUDY OF NON-VA SERVICES USED BY VA PATIENTS SOL RFP 689-129-96 DUE 091996 POC Michele Pompane, Contracting Officer, 203-937-3079. The Department of Veterans Affairs Connecticut Healthcare System (VA), West Haven Campus, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with the University of Pennsylvania, Center for Mental Health Policy and Services Research, Department of Psychiatry, 3600 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 to produce a data set that documents the use of and variety of non-VA services used by VA patients. The non-VA services used include Criminal Justice System, Medicaid, Medicare and state and city mental health and substances abuse services. The study is for the Northeast Program Evaluation Center at the West Haven Campus. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. All proposals received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. (0213)
