Maintenance of existing NEAX systems and associated terminal equipmentat specified sites and enhancements and upgrades to existing systems. The contract provides for new starts at locations to be determined during the course of the contract. The estimated value of this procurement over the seven year period will be inthe range of $8,000,000-$9,000,000. The minimum guaranteed amount will be $150,000. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Firm-Fixed Priced contract is contemplated. The term of the contract will be a base period of three (3) years with theoption to renew for an additional four (4) one-year periods. The method of evaluation: Award will be made to the acceptable, responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
