F -- SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS OF GROUNDWATER WELLS AT THE MARINE CORPS BASE, CAMP LEJEUNE, NORTH CAROLINA; AND THE MARINE CORPS AIR STATI0N, NEW RIVER, JACKSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA SOL N62470-96-B-4842 DUE 092396 POC Contact Point, Pam Owens, (910)451-2582Additional Contact, FAX, (910)451-5629 The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary for the sampling and analysis of eighty (80) water supply wells located throughout the Camp Lejeune Marine Corps complex, to include the Marine Corps Air Station, Camp Geiger and the Greater Sandy Run Area. The Contractor shall follow the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region IV guidelines. The Contractor shall submit laboratory certification for all required tests. Combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract to be awarded for a period of one year to cmmence 15 days after award. The Government may extend the term of the contrct for an additional one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.
