The work is located at Eglin Air Force Base. The approximate area covered in this contract is thirteen thousand (13,000) cubic yards. This action is under 100% small business set-aside, the standard for which is a firm, including its affiliates, with average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.
