Morford, Code 210.10, Contracting Officer, 904/779-3297 This requirement calls for two preventive maintenance calls per year and remedial maintenance of five rooms of Government Owned Picker X-Ray Equipment. Service includes provision of all parts excluding glassware with Picker factory approved repair parts. Service must be performed by Picker factory trained and certified (on the Picker Vector 100 Radiographic/Flouroscopic System) technicians.Services are required to commence 1 December 1996 and continue through 30 September 1977. Options to continue the term of the contract for an additional two years will be included in the solicitation. Performance will be in Government facilities located about the Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL (four rooms) and the Naval Station, Mayport, FL (one room).All requests for copies of this solicitation must be made in writing to the contracting office specified above.
