The Government intends to issue a Time and Material, Sole Source modification to existing contract DAAB07-95-C-J761 with Texas Instruments, Inc. for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) repair to assets damaged in combat. This CLS will be in place during the entire warranty period (FY97, FY98, FY99, FY00) to repair those items not covered by the existing warranty. (0213)
