Service consist of counseling provided by social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists and/or other counselors, individually or in groups. Contract will be for a base period of one year from date of award, with renewal options for two additional one-year periods. Proposal issue date is 8-19-96. Only contractors physically located in Galveston County need apply. All requests for solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer; faxed request will be accepted at 713/794-7869.
