It is the intention of this Request for Proposal to obtain housing maintenance and repair services for Military Family Housing at Murphy Canyon Heights in San Diego, California by means of a combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract. The period of performance is for a base period and three option periods, that may consist of 1 to 12 months per period. The services required include change of occupany maintenance/custodial services, grounds maintenance, refuse collection/disposal, pest control/fumigation and various minor construction repairs to structures. Offerors are required to provide the necessary management to schedule and monitor services ranging from routine change of occupancy maintenacne to after hours' emergency trouble calls.
