The minimum guarantee of work is the fixed price portion of the contract. The maximum dollar value of the contract is the total dollar value of the Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity Items. This is a combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity Contract. The Contract will be for a period of 12 months for the base period. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract for four option periods of one to twelve months. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7699.
