Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide maintenance of the sewer systems. This shall include routine and emergency cleaning of sewer mains, manholes and laterals; television (with video) inspection of sewer mains, manholes and laterals for sewer mains, manholes and laterals. The Contractor shall also provide required reports as specified herein. This is an indefinite quantity contract. The Contract will be for a period of 12 months for the base period. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract for four option periods of one to twelve months. The minimum guarantee of work is 4% of the total price for the Base year. The maximum quantity is the total dollar value of the maximum quantity for each line item of the contract. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7699. The related small business size standard is $3.5 million.
