The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, Terre Haute intends the award of a multiple year contract to a contractor who can supply instructional services for both a Diesel Mechanic and Barber. The Contractor will provide instructional services to inmates participating at the Federal Prisons Camp V.T. Diesel Program and the main institution V.T. Barber Program. It is anticipated that the services will be required on a daily basis. The Federal Bureau of Prisons anticipates a Firm Fixed Price Type contract providing one (1) twelve month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods. The anticiapted release date of this solicitation is August 15, 1996; closing September 12, 1996.
