The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, Terre Haute intends the award of a multiple year contract to a contractor porviding the services of a test proctor. the contractor will be required to administer tests to the inmates of the Penitentiary and adjacent Camp. The contractor will require experience and knowledge of regulations in administering pre-GED, CASAS, CTBS, ABLE, and advanced exams. The Federal Bureau of Prisons anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price type contract providing one (1) 12 month base year and four (4) twelve month option periods. The anticipated release date of this solicitation is August 15, 1996, closing September 13, 1996.
