The subject projects consists of new 34.5/12.47 KV Substation, two 3750 KVA transformers. Upgrade of aproximately 12 miles of 2.4 KV distribution line to 12.47 KV distribution including switching 3 wire system to new 4 wire grounded system, new poles (Approx. 450 poles) and crossars/insulators, existing conductors plus a new natral. Replace approximately 160 2.4 KV primary trasnformer with 12.47 KV primary transformer. Removal of PCB transformers. Demolition of five substation. Additionally, the project includes the installation of a lad shedding system for the purpose of remotely sheeding blocks of selected air phase II covers approximately 1/3 rd of the Arsenal. The construction duration will be 540 days from Notice to proceed. The range of this project is 5 million to 10 million dollars.
