Contractor is to supply, deliver, and install two (2) high mast lighting pole systems. The site location is the Federal Correctional Institution, 4 Miles East of Fairton on HWY 698, Fairton, NJ 08320. Performance period is 90 calendar days from date of notice to proceed. All responsible sources may submit a sealed bid which will be considered. The solicitation package will be issued o/a September 3, 1996. Prebid conference/Site Visit will be O/A September 16, 1996 at 10:00 a.m. at the Federal Correctional Institution, 4 Miles East of Fairton on Hwy 698, Fairton, New Jersey. Anyone planning to attend must call and register by September 12, 1996. Site visit is mandatory. Bid opening date is October 4, 1996 at 2:00 p.m. This project is a total Small Business Set-a-Side. All requests for bid packages must be in writing and can be faxed to 609-453-4194.
