PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work will include removal of existing below ground oil water separators, retrofitting existing oil water separators, installing above ground oil water separators, constructing canopy roofs, installing sewer and storm drain laterals, and providing various plumbing, electrical and paving work and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 180 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
