Z -- HVAC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT COLE PARK GOLF CLUBHOUSE BUILDING 1601 SOL DAKF23-96-B-0097 DUE 090396 POC Contract Specialist Debbie Rapp (502) 798-7826 (Site Code DAKF23) Demolition includes, but is not limited to, removal of an existing air handling unit, condensing unit, associated refrigerant tubing, oil fired boiler, hot water heating pumps, miscellaneous portions of the ductwork system and electrical connections. Exterior utilities include connection to an existing 10'' gas main and routing a new service line to the existing building. HVAC modification include installation of two (2) gas fired split systems serving the basement and first floor levels utilizing the existing ductwork system where applicable. Additional HVAC work includes installation of toilet, exhaust fans int he basement toilet areas, one (1) packaged gas fired air conditioning unit serving the basement pro shop and a gas fired make-up air unit serving the first floor food prep area. Interior gas piping shall be provided to both new split system air handling units, the packages gas fired unit, a new water heater and the make-up air unit. Installation of a new gas fired water heater with connections to the existing domestic water services. Electrical services include providing power to new equipment, removal of selected electrical panels and installation of new panel(s) and safety disconnects serving the new equipment. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1711, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
