Apply, Electrostatic Dissipative, Chemically Resistant Urethne (CRU) Coatings to the concrete floors of various buildings which are located on or near Luke AFB. All work activities shall be governmed by anyt applicable regulations and codes, and shall be conducted in an environmentally safe and responsible manner. The application shall be in strict accordance with the Project Specifications and the approved CRU product manufacturers instructions. The application of the CRU requires a full range of preparatory, installation and curing processes which ensures the service-life and performance of the CRU flooring system. The Contractor performed functions include, but are not limited to: the proper on-site storage of CRU flooring components, the environmental testing of existing concrete floor surface, the effective analysis and interpretation of test results, proper surface preparation (i.e., chemical etching, cleaning, washing, concrete repair, shot blasting), the ability to evenly and consistently include grit into CRU floor coating surface, the ability to consistently produce and batch CRU coatings in a range of colors and hues that may be required, the ability to consistently and effectively repair existing CRU floors coatings, the ability to apply CRU floor coatings in planar geometric patterns (i.e., walkway lane boundary stripes, aircraft lead-in-lines, work or painted floor coatings w/o damaging concrete floor surfaces and the ability to warranty product performance, work and workmanship, and to make any repairs/corrections which may become necessary. All work activities shall be conducted in a manner which does not compromise the safety and health of the Contractor's employees, Air Force personnel or any person(s) which may be affected by the CRU floor coating processes or application.
