Perkins, Facilities Contract Specialist, 901/747-7628 The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace all existing roofing materials, including all roofing membranes, roofing insulation, treated wood blocking, flashings, counter flashings, curbs, and other roofing accessories down to existing metal roof deck which is to remain, at the Main Post Office, 801 Convention Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in accordance with plans and specifications. An informal job walk/through is scheduled for Thursday, August 15, 1996, at 8 a.m., 801 Convention Street, Baton Rouge, LA. On-site contact is Mr. Howard Russell (504/381-0377). Site visitation is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged. The estimated cost range is between $475,000 and $575,000, with a construction completion date of 130 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Cost of the plans and specifications for this project is $25 per set, non-refundable. Be sure to reference the subject solicitation number on your request.
