The work to be performed under this project consists of (1) installation of a new flow control device in the kitchen grease trap, new laundry facilities on each of the dormitory floors, rehabilitation of male and female toilet/locker rooms in the basement, upgrading the ventilation in the new home builders shop, and (2) minimal spot penetrations of the asbestos/containing floor tile and mastic. The estimated cost range for construction is from $100,000 to $250,000.
