The work includes providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to cordon off the work area as needed, to remove the existing sea wall coatings on the parking lot and top side of the sea wall by epoxy injection methods, to patch and fill all spalls, holes, and nonstructural cracks in the concrete with epoxy mortar, and to collet, containerize, test for hazardous content, and legally dispose of all hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated ate the Naval Submarine Base, San Diego, California. The contract price is estimated to be between $25,000 and $50,000. A Firm-Fixed Price Contrct is anticipated. Bids will be solicitated for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis. The small business size standard is $7.0 million. The contract duration period is 45 calendar days from commencement of work. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
