Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material and perform all operations necessary to provide for a one year Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) requirements contract, with one option year to repair multiple roofs of various buildings throughout Langley AFB VA. Included will be the preparation and repair of built-up roof systems (BURS), metal and shingle roofs (to include asphalt, slate and wood shakes). The contractor shall provide the flexibility to accomplish both scheduled and/or specific emergencies as roofing work arises and must be addressed quickly. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project to include all options is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. The minimum delivery order amount is $1,000 and the maximum delivery order $150,000. SIC is 1761. The size standard is $7,000,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. All firms responding to this notice shall indicate whether they are bidding as a prime contractor, subcontractor or supplier.
