The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the work in accordance with the requirements of delivery orders issued for repairs, construction and alterations to various Navy-owned facilities. BRAC (Base Realignment and Closure) work to be performed under this contract at the Naval Air Station, South Weymouth, MA will be done by means of an Indefinite Quantity type contract. The price of each delivery order will be based upon pre-determined wage, material, and equpment rental rates as established in the Schedule of Indefinite Quantity work. The work to be accomplished will be both inside and outside buildings and structures. The proposed contract listed here is being issued unrestricted. Estimated Cost Range: $100,000 - $250,000.
