Job includes all plant, labor, equipment and materials required to demolish building No. 204, adjacent sidewalks, and driveway parking areas. The building has approximately 26,937 square feet of floor space and is a two story brick and block structure with basement and foundation walls of concrete. Roof structure is steel joists and built-up roof. The building and all resulting rubble shall be completely removed from the site. Basement and foundation walls shall be removed to 24-inches below grade. Basement floor slabs shall be shattered to allow ground water to steep away. Utility lines shall be plugged and/or capped.
