Maintenance of Base Interior Finishes, work will include interior painting, sanding and staining of wood doors, removal and replacement of hand rails and wall guards, removal and replacement of carpet, removal and replacement of tile, and cove base. This contract will also include miscellaneous interior finishing work. This contract will be a firm-fixed priced contract. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $500,000. Bid documents, including plans and specifications will be available on or about 13 Aug. 1996. Work under this contract shall be completed on delivery orders received within 365 calendar days after date of contract award. Each Delivery Order issued against this contract shall have a separate ''Period of Performance''. The proposed acquisition is ''Unrestricted''.
