Provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment for landscaping, paving, and removal of chain link fencing and dead shrubbery at the Coastal Services Center, Charleston, South Carolina. The project involves approximately 9,700 square yards of asphalt paving, 8,000 square feet of landscaping and 400 feet of chain link fencing. Performance period is 30 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The project has an estimated cost between $100,000 and $250,000. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible small businesses may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
