The work also involves the installation of HEPA Filters and room pressure controllers. The removal and replacement of finishes, such as ceilings, drywall partitions, block partitions, etc., is also the responsibility of the contractor. This project requires a 120 day acceptance period and is contingent on the availability of funds. Estimated cost range is between $250,000 - $500,000. Issue date O/A 7/30/96. Bid opening O/A 8/30/96.
