This renovation will include interior and extrior work, withrepaving of the existing parking lot, provide new exterior finishes, doors and windows, completly replace built up roof with new EPDM type roofing membrane. The estimated cost of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The contract performance for this project is 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
