Callas, Phone (703)604-1920 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) for the installation of government furnished Miniturized Airborne Global Positioning Systems (MAGRs) into the VH-3D helicopters. SAC is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the VH-3D and is the only known company capable of performing this effort within the required time period.
