The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for radioimmunoassay reagent for LSD for the DoD Drug Testing Laboratories. The Navy intends to negotiate a firm fixed price requirements contract with Roche Diagnostics Systems, Somerville, NJ. The RIA reagent must have FDA clearance. The RIA reagent must be compatible with the semiautomatic RIA screening instruments (Micromedics and Tecan) currently used by the DoD Drug Testing Laboratories.
