The texturized soybean flour delivered must be 6 months or less from fabrication or processing; and not be fumigated or treated with any chemical compound to preserve it from microorganisms, insects or rodents. A 810 kilogram sample is required for testing. This is a fixed price requirements program. F.O.B. destination. The solicitation is to be released on or about August 26, 1996.
