This office will issue a solicitation for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for a period of one (1) year with (4) one year renewal options for Industrial Group 7379 ADP Technical Support Services. The contractor shall furnish all services including clerical effort and supplies in support of Software Definition and Design, Risk Analysis, and software development and software maintenance for Business Applications, in the states of PA, DE, MD, WV, VA, NY, NJ, CT. There will also be an `all other' nationwide rate for possible services outside the above listed states. Functions shall include ADP detailed system design, programming and testing for new applications. The contractor shall develop and maintain documentation for system specifications, programs, operational instructions, and production control procedures. Specific application areas anticipated within the scope of the contract include: accounting, actuarial, economics, econometrics, finance and budget, inventory and logistics, and personnel administration. The total estimated level of effort including proposed options is approximately 6,000,000 man-hours of the following labor classifications: AIS Specialist, Senior Analyst Programmer Senior Applications Analyst/Programmer, Journeyman Applications Analyst/Programmer, Applications Analyst Programmer, Junior Applications Programmer, Systems Programmer, Graphics Specialist, Documentation Specialist, Senior Training Specialist, Training Specialist, Business Subject Matter Specialist, Subject Matter Specialist, I-CASE Engineer, and Artificial Intelligence Engineer. Written requests for copies of the solicitation shall be received no later than 15 days from the date of publication of this synopsis. The proposed solicitation is expected to be issued approximately August 20, 1996 with a closing date of October 4, 1996.
