All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or other wise request a copy of the solicitation. All responses to this synopsis shall include pricing data. If no affirmative written documentation/technical specifications are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis to the effect that a comparable source is available or that it is more advantageous to the Government than purchased from the ADP schedule, orders will be placed with Proteon, Incorporated, 11911 Freedom Dr, Suite 530, Reston, VA 22090 against their GSA Schedule Contract GS00K95AGS5135.
