Provide maintenance on various manufacturer's models of microtomes and cryostats located in Anatomic Pathology, Laboratory Medicine Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD to include two (2) scheduled preventive maintenance inspections, unlimited emergency service calls, parts, travel and labor for a base period of one (1) year effective 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997 with four (4) year options. Anticipated award date is 1 September 1996. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency. This action is unrestricted. Proposed issue date of solicitation is 8 August 1996. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
