The period of perfor- mance is estimated to begin approximately December 1996 or later. The standard industrial code is 8351 valued at five million. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded to that responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, cost and other factors considered. The Child Development Center will be required to be in the process of obtaining NAEYC accreditation within six months of contract award and shall achieve accreditation within one year of the start date.
