Contractor will be required to receive dictated material via a contractor provided ''800'' telephone line, directly into their own dictation equipment. Transcribed dictation to be transmitted electronically, directly into the Government computer system (DHCP). This is an RFP and will result in a negotiated contract. Evaluation factors will be used to determine award. Solicitation package available approximately 8/16/96 by written request only. Proposals due approximately 9/16/96. Period of contract performance is 10/1/96 through 9/30/97 with 4 one-year options for renewal. This is a 100% small business set-aside. SIC is 7338. The small business size standard is $3.5 million.
