consultation and training related to Activa Software and most
importantly, the activity based costing(ABC) system model designs and

Technical Center. Based on an in-depth analyses of available
software/consultation packages, the technical center has selected
Price-Waterhouse as the provider of the software and consultation

The selection was based on the following criteria. (1) The capability
of Price-Waterhouse to provide an off-the-shelf software package
(Activa) that is integrated with the resources for full consultation
services. Price-Waterhouse's consultation capabilities will satisfy the
Technical Center's comprehensive requirements for pilot project
implementation, and implementation team real time training. (2) A

with Client-Server/Enterprise-wide capabilities. This system has the
dimension for utilization by the entire Technical Center complex with
expandability to other FAA activities at different locations. The
software (Activa) can accomplish this with minimal licensing costs. (3)
The accommodation of multiple concurrency in the modeling, data input,
reporting, and view modes. Activa has the capability of producing a
single data base for multiple and master models with a common Activity
Dictionary. (3) Built-in customization capability, a source code is
provided for customization which can be extended to the model itself.
(4) Unlimited historical data period data storage, security read/write
protection at the finest levels of detail, and effective dating to
accommodate reorganizations. If there are any questions regarding this
