Services will include routine physical exams, biweekly inspections, taking blood and other samples, developing standardized, written protocols for all routine aspects of captive care of seals, and providing training to the NMFS staff on new procedures pertaining to captive care. Vendor must be licensed as a doctor of veterinary medicine in the State of Hawaii. Period of performance is for six months from date of award.
