The existing vehicle maintenance operation is located in building 2101. The first part is to construct a new vehicle maintenance facility for the existing operation to locate to. This part will be to construct the administrative areas, the shop area, the vehicle paint operation area, fencing, and landscaping. The second part is to renovate building 2101 to allow transfer of depot metals repair and fabrication shops for the current tenants of building 95. Once building 2101 is renovated, occupied, and building 95 vacated, the third part is to abate building 95 for asbestos and lead paint (to be done by Tinker AFB) and then for the contractor to demolish the WWII wooden building. Estimated cost range of this project is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $55.00 (Folio Drawings) is required for each set of specifications.
