Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, etc., necessary to perform work for VA Project 607-95-115, Renovate Ground Floor C-wing, Building 1 at the William S. Middleton Memorial VA Hospital. Construction and alterations include but are not limited to: demolition of existing systems, removal and installation of ceilings, general construction, alterations to electrical, plumbing, heating, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC), replacement of existing air distribution system, lighting and electrical work, cutting and patching roof systems, construction and renovation of the IRMS office and a computer training room as well as necessary removal of existing structures and construction. All work shall be in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications in addition to that which is listed above. Cost range is $100,000.00 to 250,000.00. Project Duration is 180 days. SIC is 1542. Small business size standard is 17 million. All request for solicitations shall be in writing. To acquire a solicitation there is a $30.00 non-refundable fee.
